Duke v UNC 2014

Starting with football ,it seems Duke is way up on the heels ,head- to -head.

I recall a sweep in baseball , M & W Lax and now M tennis.

Does anyone have a list of all competitions this year and results ?

By my count, Duke had a 14-4-1 record against UNC in head-to-head competition this school year.

That includes a 3-0 mark in baseball, 2-0 marks in Men's and Women's Tennis and in Volleyball, 1-0 marks in Men's and Women's Lax, 1-0 in football, 1-0 in field hockey (No. 13 Duke upsetting No. 1 UNC).

The two were even in men's basketball (1-1) and men's soccer (0-0-1 -- the two teams tied)

UNC had the edge in women's basketball (2-1 ... although Duke's win came in the tournament) and women's soccer (1-0).

There were quite a few sports that didn't include a head-to-head competition -- swimming, track and field, cross country ...

All in all, a good year in the rivalry ...
