Kevin Streelman is tied for 5th after 16 in the second round. Hopefully he can keep it up.

Some interesting story lines,

Craig and Kevin Stadler playing in the same Masters. Have a father and son ever before played in the same Major?

Well, how about the Masters?

Looks like Bill Haas (who is doing well so far today) and his dad Jay played together in a couple of US Opens together, both finishing top-40 in 2004.

They were saying on yesterday's broadcast that it hadn't happened before in the Masters.

[Oops! Thread already exists. A day late and a dollar short.]

Streels finished his second round earlier today and is at -1, which is tied for 11th.

Go Duke!

While Bubba goes low for the lead heading into the weekend, Lefty is scoring in bunches - 2 triple bogeys and a double in two rounds - and will be flying home tonight

Duke's Kevin Streelman is not the only ACC player in the Masters. There are a total of 11, the most of any conference. (Maybe we should use the Masters as the ultimate measure of college basketball conference strength?)

Kevin had a rough start on Saturday, at +5 for his round after the 12th hole. Then he birdied 13, 14 and 15 to end at +2 for the day, +1 for the tournament. Streels is tied for 14th at the Masters going into the final round.

General Barnicke: Where is your Streel-man?

John Winger: Blown up, sir!
