Such a bitter-sweet senior night! This senior class did not achieve all they dreamed of when they arrived, but they will all graduate and most will move on to play professional ball in the WNBA or overseas. They have made us proud and their parents will walk out with them Thursday rightfully beaming with pride for who their daughters are now and who they are becoming. Some will play ball long enough to save money for grad or professional school, as many have done before them (Georgia Schweitzer Beasley - Med School, Iciss Tillis - Law School) and others will play ball into retirement while setting themselves up for a second career (Alana Beard - fitness business, Mo Currie - teacher/principal). Senior night is one step towards leaving college and moving out into the world.

Let's thank them for representing us well now and in the future.

Well said. Hopefully their run is not quite over, but no matter when it ends, this is certainly a special class.

Agreed. I hope that we give them a terrific send-off for the ACCT, and NCAA's. They've been terrific!

Still hoping for another 9 - 10 games this year too...

A special group of young women. We were blessed to have you and I wish for success in life after your playing days are over. You were a joy to watch. God bless you and GoDuke!
