Sorry, but who is "they'? and what "don't they wish"?

Maybe it sailed over my head, but i don't understand the post here. In the barely visible writing, it appears to be Jeff Goodman showing Jabari as his current top freshman and explaining why.

The font is so small on my laptop I could barely make it out. So Jabari plays guard for Syracuse. Who knew?
