Pitt has a long way to go to be competitive in the ACC, and Duke took full advantage.

Tricia broke Abby Waner's record for career three-pointers on the way to a quiet 23 points. EWill chipped in 20, and four others hit double figures, including Chidom and Henson (who dropped in three from beyond the arc).

Duke shot 59 percent, including 10-15 from three. Even better, after some recent ugly performances they shot 69 percent from the line.

Even Jenna Frush got in the act, burying a corner three. Ka'lia got useful minutes at the point.

At Miami on Thursday, then the strength of schedule goes off the charts. Duke's last eight conference games include two with ND, two with Carolina, and one with Maryland.

Couldn't follow the game (obligations at church all afternoon), but was really happy to see Amber Henson play significant minutes and (from the box score) have a good game. It has been a rough voyage for her.

I love this quote from Coach P.

"There have been games when we felt not very deep," Duke coach Joanne P. McCallie said. "Today, we felt like the deepest team in America. Everybody was doing what they can do."
She has always done a really nice job of using her bench. Obviously some games allow that to happen more than others; this was one that gave everyone a chance to get some valuable court time.
