Who was Man of the Match in Duke's 79-57 win over Georgia Tech?

The Hooded Assassin! Big props to Sulaimon and Jefferson playing well after returning to the starting lineup though. They were major keys to this win.

I voted Sheed. Hood was great, but mostly when Duke was up comfortably. Sheed was solid all game on both ends.

I almost voted for Sheed, too, but when a dude goes for 30, it's tough to argue.

At least I didn't vote for Parker. WTF, TruBlu? :)

I thought Amile needed at least one vote. Dr Hood was silky smooth!

I voted for Rodney, but an awful lot of what Duke got tonight was provided by Amile. He got some nice rebounds, disrupted GT's offense, and just seemed to be in the right place at the right time lots of times.
Go DUKE!

The other thing that Amile did was to give a foul after a few seconds. I thought, o dear here we go and he promptly goes almost the whole of the game without dishing out another. I thought that was impressive.

Voted Dre because of how different this game proves he is now from years past. His shot wasn't falling but instead of disappearing he got the ball and drove in and drew fouls.

Agreed. Arguably his most complete game at Duke. Driving the ball, drawing fouls and playing defense. Shooting isn't everything.

I voted for Rodney but there were some good performances from others. Andre showed me the ability to drive the lane with a good handle. I was impressed. Amile was again terrific on the boards. Where would be without his work in rebounding the basketball? Then Rodney, he really moved without the ball in this game and his team mates found him for open shots. He is a complete player on offense with good range to the 3 point line and a good mid-range game as well. Just wish he would use his right hand for some shots around the basket. Good win. Beat Clemson. GoDuke!
