It's pretty old. Tom Waits used to use it in his act, probably back in the 1980s. Maybe you just forgot, Sage.

Tom used it on Fernwood2Night in the 70's, but I don't think it was original to him. He always said he read it on a bathroom wall. Draw your own conclusions about the UK poster.
