The SEC has 1/3 of the top 24 teams in this week's AP rankings:

However, one could view the poll as evidence to the contrary, with the ACC placing 3 teams in the top 10. Well, Clemson, FSU and Miami ... We could argue they don't pay their players as much as SEC schools.
