This gives a face, two faces, to a problem that we have been hearing at the crown of our state universities here in North Carolina. This should have it's own thread even if it has been discussed before.

Alarming to say the least. It states that 1 in 4 coeds are raped in their college tenure. Can this be true?

Even using the definition of rape to include a broad definition of inebriation sufficient to nullify consent, I find that statistic alarming and very troubling.

That seems like a lot. Maybe including winking in that setting. But that is high IMO. And yea, I hate UNC now as well as RW and PJ. But not that much.
IMO let this one ride elsewhere. I will make a comment on the PJ thread and keep that going. Again, rape is a sorry situation all over, but not on the PJ thread.
