MLax: Matheis Named Top Freshman

Inside Lacrosse posted its final freshman rankings for the 2013 season earlier today, and Duke attackman Case Matheis was at the top of the list. Myles Jones also made the top 25.

Congrats to them both. Both are very promising players, in different ways. Matheis seems to blend in quietly until you realize that he has racked up a bunch of points. Jones, on the other hand, is too big to go unnoticed--his ability to run right through defenders is impressive and if he can develop his stick skills a bit more he may be unstoppable.
