Yes, that game was much too exciting. Harvard was surprisingly tough on defense but ran out of gas a bit in the fourth quarter; Turri did a good job in goal for Duke. Much as this game was a lot closer than it might have been, it's the kind of game that could really provide some momentum for the rest of the season--Duke was struggling a bit but they rallied and did what they needed to do.

Harvard was the better team for 55 minutes.

The Cambridge PD has issued a warrant for the arrest of Brendan Fowler. Number three flat stole that game. With Harvard holding the first two-goal lead of the night, he won four in a row and Duke converted all four.

Necessary win. Lots of brain cramps. Got outhustled. But made the plays when they needed to be made. Turri stood tall when it was needed. Fowler is a beast on face-offs--what a wonderful weapon. Making the NCAA may be a close run thing this year, as the Penn loss is looking worse and worse. Still need to win out.
