This is mostly for those of us in the northwest of The Old North State, but certainly this "circus" may be in a town near many at some time in the future.
There was a banner ad at the top of my DBR this morning. The advertisement was for the Picadilly Circus that is appearing at LJVM in Winston-Salem on March 10th. Having been suckered into seeing a couple of these wandering excuses for a circus, I decided to see if there were any reviews for this one. There are several, but this link below should suffice. I'd love to actually go to a circus that sets up under a big top and operates like an old-time circus, but this one doesn't even offer that much. And from the descriptions I saw, it seems that the few animals they do have may not be in very good shape.

If anybody does know of an old-time circus that's worth seeing, let me know. I'm not wasting my cash anymore without a good recommendation.
