Not sure if this was posted elsewhere but Conner Vernon caught four passes (1st on South team in receptions) for 36 yards (2nd on team) in yesterday's (Saturday) senior bowl. He got a ton of praise from the announcers on his work ethic and his ability. They called him crafty and I generally got the feeling they think he will get drafted. Been a long time since a Duke Football player was drafted and hoping Conner is the first of many more to come.

Here's the box score http://www.seniorbowl.com/files/2013%20senior%20bowl%20game%20stats.pdf

Not me. I'd much rather see him in a Redskins uniform.

I've looked a few places and most draft experts make him one of the top 20 WRs available in the draft. He is expected to go in the 4th or 5th round.

Congratulations to Conner!!! Thanks for posting the stats from the Senior Bowl!!! I just want Conner drafted for the NFL, period!!! The Carolina Panthers could use some much needed help in their personnel. But before, the Panthers came along, I favored the Washington Redskins and Baltimore Colts.

The Best to Conner Vernon and his future in the NFL!!!! I will miss seeing him and Sean Renfree! What a wonderful tandem! So proud of our Team for making the Belk Bowl and restoring "Duke Football"! As Coach Cut says, "WE ARE DUKE"!
