Who was Man of the Match in Duke's 88-47 win over Cornell?

Quinn Cook: 6 points, 12 assists, 4 rebounds, 2 steals and just 1 turnover . . . what a game, he's really become a big time distributor.

I believe Quinn is becoming one of the true leaders of this team. His defense is now at Coach K level, and his confidence is becoming sky-high. He has learned how to play this game now and he seems to be growing every game. Lovely to watch. I think he may become one the great ones -- if he stays at Duke long enough. He may not. I think he gets restless and looks ahead to the next opportunity.

It had a hard time deciding between Sheed and Cook but in the end I took Sheed. I really enjoyed watching him play those passing lanes and get out in the break. Cook had the overall better game but Sheed was the spark for the defense.

On a side note Marshall looked good in limited action.

I gave it to Sheed because while it was still a game, and Duke was struggling, he was a beast defending the perimeter and helped get Duke some easy buckets that bridged the gap to when everyone knocked the rust off. He is probably the biggest reason why this team is way ahead of last year defensively. He makes everyone else's job on D so much easier.

12:1

That's a helluva game.

TT also had a 5:0 A:TO ratio, or infinity if you're calculating:p. But missed 4 pretty wide open 3s.

Loved Sulaimon's package tonight.

Seth made scoring 20 points look almost effortless.

And Todd brought down the house with a hook shot as the shot clock was about to expire and was 1/2 FT.

Agreed. Quinn had a beautiful game, but when we were struggling in the first half, Rasheed was the best player on the floor.

Wow. Mason has 18 and 9, shoots 100% from the field and fi ishes 4th in this poll. Shows what amazing performances Quinn, Seth and Sheed had!

I went with Quinn Cook as 12:1 is a performance worthy of special recognition. Rasheed Sulaimon's defensive impact earns honorable mention.

I went with Sheed. He was the key factor when Duke finally broke through and took control of the game. Quinn was flawless and it was hard not to vote for him, but I went with the spectacular over the steady. One could make an argument for Seth, too, and you can vote for Mason every single night. Nice problem to have, choosing among them!
