Him and digits. Sigh.

At least it's not his toe, and we don't have to start another vigil!

SOOOOOOOOOOO frustrating . . . . he was having such a great season to start out. Get better soon, Kyrie!

If Kyrie can stay healthy, he can easily become a top 15 player in the NBA in the near future. Pretty impressive. I hope this is the last injury for a while...

And there goes my best fantasy player...hope for a quick recovery! One of my favorite players to watch no doubt.

it's not really surprising that he gets hurt.....he plays like the tasmanian devil........that stuff is reckless and that's what we all love about it...

sorry to hear it tho...

Poor Kyrie and poor Cleveland! Hope he comes back sooner. He's a highlight reel. If he's playing, he's good for a Top 10 play on SportsCenter a night. Good luck Kyrie!

Watching Kyrie play in high school, I thought he was the third-best HS player I'd seen in person, behind LeBron James and J.R. Smith. (I mean it, J.R. Smith was an unbelievable high school player, great in every facet. It blows my mind that a UNC team that won a title did it without Smith, who opted to go pro instead. Then again, maybe he just mucks up their chemistry. But man, was he good.)

Anyway, Kyrie was a pro as a high school senior, but assessing his body type, I couldn't help but wonder if he'd hold up under the pounding of an NBA season, much less an NCAA one. The jury's still out; his injuries have been of the freakish variety, with his weird toe malady, a broken hand after slamming a wall, now a broken finger. Maybe he just needs to drink more milk? It's weird that he's been so brittle, but I'm not sure if that's indicative of what lies ahead. Kyrie needs to put on some muscle and keep it there, for sure, but jury's out on whether he's injury-prone or just unlucky.

My parents' cat died this past May.

The reason I mention this is that, as a February 1992 birthday, she was older than both KI and Austin Rivers. How bout that?
