Hi,
Last nights FSU vs Cincinnati game was almost unwatchable. The kids were hitting/checking one another with nary a whistle blown. It was exactly the type of basketball that both gets kids injured and makes it so the athleticism and "dance" (as it were) of basketball is taken out of the equation. I hope the NCAA Tournament takes a hard look at the tape and sees if that is the kind of hockey, er um, basketball they want to see moving forward. Sure, making it so ticky-tack fouls aren't called is one thing, but I felt this game really didn't provide a vehicle for showcasing who the better team was.
