her new movie " I Know Who Killed Me" got this review (http://movies.yahoo.com/mvc/dfrv?mid=1809812922&s=&rvid=7-488686&i=0&spl=&ys=b0Tmj3bpg5H.b4Al88U28w--) based more, i think, of her personal life and not her professional.

To be honest, I have never liked any of Lindsay Lohan's movies and she's obviously not a good kid in her real life.

He goes on to say
In fact, the story line is alright but the visual is really good. This movie can be classified as a thriller/horror one because there are some really strong torture scene as well as gore. On the other hand, the movie brings you a well made suspense feeling. You will also find some surprises towards the end

And that it is a big move away from her teen movies, which is the better review, but after his opening comment I have to wonder if he is reviewing the movie or her personal life?

She's incredibly attractive, that's for sure. But I hope she gets put in jail.

Caught twice with posession of cocaine already this summer, as well as driving drunk twice, and crashing her car, which could have killed somebody. She needs serious help.

She's incredibly attractive

Seriously? I wouldn't say she's ugly, but incredibly attractive isn't what I think of when I think of LL

When she wants to the girl can be hot and I've always considered her attractive, except for when she lost weight to become Skeletor

I think she's very attractive. In fact, to me her mug shot instantly replaced Paris Hilton's as the "most attractive mug shot" I've seen.

She has a natural beauty in her mug shot that comes across to me. It's a class mug shot. Paris Hilton. Never really seen the big whoop tee doo over her. She's thin as a straw, has big feet, and cakes on the make up. She looks like an android. How's her post-prison God mission thingy going by the way?

Wll, here it is taken from thesmokinggun.com (http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/years/2007/0724071lohan2.html) it's an html so i can't seem to post it.

I still think her Parent Trap movie was far better than the original.

Yeah, I can see where she's beautiful even in that mug shot. Her life is just so much of a train wreck right now. Sad. So much fame and fortune at a young age. I can see where that would be overwhelming. She hasn't a clue what "real life" is all about.

the problem is that "child stars" never have a chance to be children then when they have problems as adults the media trashes them just compounding the problems.

Hopefully this will turn her around and her career can take off again.

I think that it is going to take a lot for her career to take off again, given that her body of work isn't really anything to be proud of at the moment. She's been decent in her roles, but nothing phenomenal, and many of her movies have been horrible (or so I've heard, I refuse to see trash like Herbie). It is difficult to be a tabloid feature every week and have audiences interested in your movies rather than your scandals. Guys like Robert Downey Jr. have managed to bounce back from some of these issues, but they also had much more to show in terms of body of work.

Her resume is solid. Parent Trap was better than the original, my daughter saw Mean Girls ,Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen Freaky Friday and loved them. We own Parent Trap, Freaky Friday and maybe Mean Girls. Herbie may have been an exception but don't trash a young career over one movie. After all no one hits a home run every time. Especially during a transition for teen to adult movies.

is a big jump for her. She is attempting to make that transition. Many child stars fail in that jump, and I applaud her bravery.

or was this whole thing set up so that she would be in the news when a bad movie comes out, so the movie gets more publicity and brings up revenue a bit more. A la Eddie Griffin crashing an Enzo right as a movie came out where he was in (I forget what it was called but I'm fairly sure it bombed)

I found this comment on a different thread, but I thought it was a very good comment, and I thought about Lindsey when i read it. So i hope Exiled Devil doesn't mind me using it, but i wanted to make sure he got full credit for his thought.

People attack that which makes them feel inferior. This is also the root of the schadenfreude directed at all the pretty Hollywood types.

I have to wonder if this may be part of Lindsey's issues--

Also a very good comment. marketing people can be both creative and cruel. However, i have to wonder if she would be willing to risk her career for one marketing scheme.
