The fumble at the goal line that got returned basically 100 yards for a score was a killer for Clemson. I thought he was down but the video was so muddled with bodies there was no way to tell. So instead of being up 24-21, Clemson goes down 28-17, then turnover 3 of their next 4 possessions.

Ball game...

ACC is really bad. Our "champ" is getting punked by the 23rd ranked team in the country. Where are those Top 5 ranked FSU and Miami teams of yonder years....

This is headed from "embarrassing" territory to really, REALLY embarrassing for the Tigers. 63 points with like 9 minutes to go in the third quarter? Yikes!!! At this rate, the WVU football teams is likely to score more than the Duke mens bball team did tonight vs. Temple. Seems to me that a lot of bowl games have been pretty one-sided affairs. In any case, I was really thinking Clemson would do well in this one but wow, the ACC is not looking too good this bowl season.

Yes it was a great day to be a Mountaineer. Thumping Clemson and Rutgers. But then I was bummed to see the Duke score. It could've been a perfect day.

Isn't Florida State an ACC Team? The version of the Champs Bowl Game I watched had FSU beating Notre Dame. Wouldn't that make the ACC 1-2? :D

Rece Davis just pointed out that with their wins over Georgia, Oklahoma, and Clemson, WVU has more BCS bowl wins (3) than the entire ACC (2-13).

You're right - I lose track of the bowl games - especially with them not being played on the normal dates. I'm old and crotchety.
