Have the DBR articles and links always been center justified? It makes it harder to read than the usual left justification. Or is this just some setting on my computer that is messed up?

They are left-justified on my machine. -- sageg.

This is a recent change. They all show up this way for me.

Center Justified on IE8.0.6001 on WinXP. It's been that way ever since the ads were screwed up the other day.

Yes, I agree that's when it started. I'm using IE7 and am having the same problem.

Left justified on Firefox 3.6.23 on Vista Ultimate.

I shouldn't ask, but I can't help myself: why would anyone who ever wanted the "ultimate" of anything still be running vista or firefox 3 or - especially - both?

That said, we'll look into it.

Well, -jk, because they both work very well for me and I have no reason to upgrade to Windows 7 (which would cost money and require that I reinstall many programs) and firefox 3 because, well, when they came out with 4 there were various problems with it discussed here, and they keep doing upgrades to 3 while they've replaced 4 with 5 and maybe beyond, so why upgrade what works well?

On my netbook, which I'm on now, I have Win XP SP3 (also with Firefox 3.6.23). It is what it is.

The most recent FireFox-- 7.0.1 works great.

I also used to run XP-SP3 for a while and am now on 7. Was able to avoid Vista during my upgrade cycles :)

I don't think my netbook, with only 1 meg of RAM, is equipped to handle Win 7.

Firefox and Chrome are great for me, but IE has everything center aligned. Nothing like the frustrations of alignment in IE vs everything else, good luck to your programmers. I dealt with a similar issue recently and IE is just a pain in the rear to work with as a developer.

I just wanted to push this to the top since it hasn't been resolved. DBR content is fantastic, trying to read everything center justified, not so much. Can someone please look into fixing this?

Try Firefoxhttp://crazietalk.net/ourhouse/images/smilies/40.gif

I use Firefox at home and everything is fine. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use IE at work, where I like to spend some free time reading DBR.

And Ozzie, to check if your netbook can handle Win7: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=20

(or go crazy, and jump straight to the Windows 8 developer preview! http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/br229516) :D

i find no justification for a DBR articles center in this thread. there is simply no basis for such tomfoolery.

Or does this mean that the DBR law firm has Miles articling right now and that this isn't a violation and is ethical?
