You may be the only one, but call them and they will probably send you another one if you did order one and there is some record of it. They are very good about that.

It may take a while for delivery.we ordered a hoody before chistmas it got here a few days ago.i had totally forgot about it.

Well it's good to know I'm not the only one, I bought 2 one for me and one for my bro for his birthday that is in July. Ordered them like a week or two after they went on sale (if I recall correctly)!

A friend of mine also ordered a poster about a week after I did (I ordered on the 2nd day and I got mine in February).

When he called, they told him that he would get it in April. However, he got his poster around the same time as I did. So, I wouldn't be surprised if you all will get yours in the next few weeks.

I was told that the money would be charged to my account when they send the posters... do y'all recall how your statement reflected the transaction... what is the company name I should look for on my statement?

You're dealing with the basketball office, probably? I think they handle those. They're usually on the ball.

I hope it's not the Duke Store. I ordered a nice sized package of 2010 Championship gear about three days after the Butler game. Three days. I did not dawdle.

Half of it never came, despite four-five calls to the store and the resulting obfuscatory responses. One of these included a bogus excuse about how UPS said our building had burned down. That worried me for a moment, since I was out, but I had a lot more confidence in the 6-family building of Saint Louis brick that I live in than I do in the Duke Store.

Eventually they cancelled the rest of the order and credited me some of my money on my Amex in September 2010, or five to five and half months after the order, if you're keeping score. It's just about the worst customer service I've had the misfortune of encountering.

PS, if anyone has an XXL 2010 Champs sweatshirt they wanna sell, in good shape, PM me. Apparently ordering one three days after the title isn't enough to actually procure one.

I ordered mine around noon on November 17th, and I still haven't received my poster either. When I talked to the guy (intern or student worker, I think) at the basketball office, he said that it was possible I wouldn't receive it until the season was over. So, I'm hoping that it comes soon. If I don't hear anything by May, I will call. Keep us posted if anyone receives their poster soon!

Got a call today from Duke basketball, they had my CC information written incorrectly but did have me down for 2 posters... So all is well!!!

I've had numerous problems with the floor staff and lower management and administrative staff. It has always taken higher-ups to straighten things out but straighten them out they did. Still, kind of a pain to have to go through it numerous times.
