Who was Man of the Match in Duke's 75-58 win over UNC in the ACC Tournament Championship game?

Nolan Smith ran the offense great and hit huge shots. His only mistake was the turnover at the end of the first half.

Great defensive effort by Nolan today!!

He should be ACC Tourney MVP even though his game against Maryland was not great!!

Sorry for the slightly unconventional poll, but I believe that the entire team really brought it tonight. Yes, Nolan had a pretty spectacular game with 20 and 10 and great D on Marshall, but everyone wearing a Duke uni played a significant part in winning this one.

Could not be more appropriate. EVERYONE got it done against a very very good Carolina team!

Weak! One of the best Duke players of the past decade had one of the best games of his career! Lots of honorable mentions and massive props to the coach and team but this is Nolan all the way.

Yeah, great team effort, but Nolan played one of the better games of his career. Twenty points, ten assists, and suffocating defense for 40 mins.

Nolan. 20 and 10. Simply awesome. But this was a team effort. We won through balance and hard nosed team defense. I am so proud to be a Dukie today. Way to go guys. And a shout out to our bigs, way to step up when it mattered.

Nolan played a great game, but this was a team victory. Miles and Mason started off strong inside. They showed the unc bigs that they were in for a tough game today. Seth and Andre hit some big shots. When unc cut it to nine(with a lots of help for the zebras), Seth hit a big 3 to put us back up 12. That was huge. At the beginning of the
2nd half, Nolan and Kyle got a little too aggressive. But they settled down after a Coach K timeout. Way to go Duke!

Roy, for pulling Marshall at a critical time when Carolina could have really landed a body blow. Instead, they pass around the perimeter confused and waste the possession.


As far as our team, Nolan was sick but I would probably have voted for Miles. Winning the boards early and taking it to Henson set the tone for the entire game and got us the big lead we never gave up.

Great poll!. Everyone brought it. Everyone was focused. Nobody was ever rattled. Every UNC mini-run was answered, seemingly by somebody different.

Like the snub to Va. Tech, Harvard and Colorado our Ryan Kelly had an All ACC tournament and was not honored. He's All ACC Tournament calibar in our family's voting.

Duke basketball is about the fist. I would like to see Our Team, and Coach K added as permanent choices for this poll.

Nolan. What a year he has been having, and what a day today. I couldn't agree more that the entire team played wonderfully, but Nolan had more responsibility out there than anyone else. He's the leader and showed it. Again. Don't take him for granted.

I can't think of anyone who played a bad game, and each was nearly flawless in his role. Amazing to watch, and the most satisfying win I can remember in years, including the national championship.

A complete team effort on both ends of the floor. If they can keep playing like this, they'll be very hard to beat in the NCAAs. But, who knows...
