Um...duh.
Vote for what we know to be #1 (http://espn.go.com/sportsnation/rank?versionId=2&listId=151), and the rest just don't matter.

There will be a lot of votes for Lorenzo Charles (and apparently Michael Jordan). For those who want to skew, don't include him (them) in your top 5. ;)

I happily left Michael out.

With an apology to the old timers on this Board, the vast majority of us do not remember 4 of those events so they will fall to the bottom. This is really a race between the top 6. There are others I would have included including Nate George's shot for UConn over Clemson in 1990 and the Bryce Drew shot for Valpo. I'm just happy that Gordon Hayward isn't on there. It would likely take over the top spot.

...Nate George's shot for UConn over Clemson in 1990...Tate George.

Tate George.

I even looked it up because I couldn't remember his name...and still got it wrong! But I do remember that shot, and Laettner's the next game over UConn, which would also be worthy of that list.

I remember the Michael Jordan game--1982 final against Georgetown--all too well. Leaving aside the team he played for, I wouldn't vote for Jordan here because the crucial play for the outcome was not Jordan's shot so much as Hoya guard Fred Brown's heartbreaking pass right to James Worthy.
