IMO, too often is the writer of the ACC roundup dismissive of other programs, arrogant, etc. These articles should shed light on acc matchups and recap the results. Why kick other programs when they are down?

For example, why not save bandwith in this article and just write:

Buncha losers play Saturday! Who Cares?! No one.

More paragraphs like this:

In Charlottesville, two new coaches strive to establish themselves more firmly. While both have faced challenges, both also show considerable promise, and each has what the other would like: Tony Bennett has defense, which Boston College lacks, while Steve Donahue has a potent offense, which Virginia lacks.

And less like this:

State probably has more size and talent; Tech is probably closer to being a fully functional team. Who wins? Who cares? Not many people anymore.

Even less care about Wake at this point.

IMO the writers are usually way too fawning over other programs, with high regards for new coaches when they take over other programs (NCSU, for one; I think UVA for another, though it was maybe when Leito came from UConn, rather than the current guy). Sounds like a new writer, or someone was just grouchy.

The writers of the ACC Roundup are rarely ever disparaging.

And quite frankly with Wake, when you're setting ACC records for futility, I don't think ACC roundup will be the first or the last to make disparaging remarks.
