What two chats are you referring to? DBR has only one semi-affiliated chat site that I know of - snrub.com. Other fan sites may have chats as well, but snrub is the chatting home for the DBR community.

This chat is mentioned in virtually all DBR threads concerning WBB games

CameronBornandBred also participates in at least one other Duke bulletin board, and they have a chat affiliated with their site. It looks to me like the link you posted was an invitation to participate in their chat. I'll send him a PM requesting that in the future he explicitly state that this is not DBR's chat, but is in fact affiliated with a different site.
