Game watching in Baltimore?

A friend just contacted me about any good bars to watch the game in Bmore tonight.
He's marooned due to the midwest ice storm (Indy) and has been since Monday.

Anybody have any suggestions for him? Thanks! He's got a sweet baby boy, who is waiting patiently for Daddy to get home.
