Wow...what a start. Still 4 minutes left in the first, and it's 46-10. At one point, Duke was shooting over 70%.

Now it's 51-10. All 11 players have scored for Duke. Only one player has scored for Clemson.

Awesome! We were due for a game like this! Too many nail-biters in the last few weeks. Good chance to play the Freshmen and rest the starters a bit, with some tough games coming up in the next two weeks (starting with UCONN).

I think a message may have been received about the cold start against N.C. State - Duke leads at the half, 59-12. Clemson isn't good - their coach, Itoro Coleman (née Umoh) was the Tigers' best player in the late '90s, and is probably still the best player on their roster - but it's still an impressive start against any opponent.

I remember Itoro Umoh scoring against us, well. When did Davis retire?

Davis left in 2005. Not sure whether it was really a retirement, though.

This was a great team game. Everyone played well and totally routed Clemson. Even the crowd felt sorry for Clemson; they got applause quite often when they finally scored!

Clemson was good enough to win at Wake Forest and at NC State. I didn't think they had any realistic chance of winning in Cameron but neither did I expect anything like this. Just a complete, total, absolute beat-down. The best part of the game, IMO, was 22 assists on 33 field goals. Duke did a great job of making that extra pass that turned a decent shot into a better shot.

Wanna play an interesting mind game? Combine the last half of the State game and the first half of the Clemson game. Duke outscored two ACC teams 102-36.

A difficult stretch of games coming up- but 20-0 is impressive.
