Dana O'Neil has a piece up predicting the remainder of the basketball season. Some of it's serious, some of it's funny..all of it's worth reading. Renardo Sidney is a running theme. Here's one of my favorite parts. (My favorite part is the very last sentence, I'm not giving it away.)

March 12 -- Entire Duke, Michigan State, Kansas, Kentucky and Harvard teams guilty of NCAA violations. Players gave away game-worn socks in exchange for packs of chewing gum. Due to "unique opportunity," all are allowed to play in NCAA tournament.

Great article CB&B, thanks for sharing that. I never knew she had that kind of wit in her, but that was funny throughout. My favorite was the new parlor game for the ACC and PAC 10 leagues.

Two questions:

1. How much of her piece do you believe?
2. Have you bought your tickets yet?;)

Thanks for sharing. Funny stuff.

I am not sure how much of this is true. I am of course hoping that we win the National Championship even if it is against Syracuse. One thing I know willl happen is:

13 -- Selection Sunday. After the 68th team is revealed, cameras cut to Virginia Tech campus, where a boiling Seth Greenberg lobbies hard for a field of 96.

CB&B,

Thanks, it is a funny piece, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Let's resurrect it on 15 April for laughs, jeers and tears.
