Who was Man of the Match in Duke's 98-72 win over Elon?

I would have voted for Nolan if it was production per minute but Kyle is the one that was the most consistent tonight.

The real MOTM is Coach K. Why is he not an option in the poll?

Voted for Kyle. Kyle and Nolan showed they were the consistent Seniors that they are. Not sure about their course loads this semester but maybe they didn't have many exams. Most of the others looked like either the exams wiped them out or that the prospect of going home was on their mind. Any way, an important victory for Coach and nobody got hurt.

I voted for Kyle but seriously thought about voting for Ryan. Kyle had 24 pts, 7 rebs, 5 assists, 2 stls and only 2 to's. Kelly with his best game imo. 13 pts, 3 rebs, 6 assts, 2 to's in 21 mins. Good game for Nolan even though he turned it over 4 times. Dawkins played well as did Curry. Congratulations Coach K on matching dean. Go Duke!

I thought Ryan and Dre looked pretty good as well. Dre is playing superbly through the first 1/4-1/3 of the season. Definitely Most Improved Player in my mind.

That said I voted for Nolan, he's getting his late season form from last season back.

keep your eye on kelly........i couldn't get the game, but, from the comments i am reading it appears that kelly is concentrating on his game in the paint, and he is improving rapidly.......when he mixes in the pop out 3, he will be straight nasty....i like his attitude too......a little more chip on the shoulder and kelly will start creating problems for the other bench......i like him...i believe he has the ability to become much better than he is now......looks like the plumlees were kinda quiet.......could have been a reason.......we will see what developes.......

Miles Plumlee grabbed eight rebounds, which was the most for both teams. He also scored six points on 3-7 shooting. I would have preferred to see another field goal drop so he scored eight points. As I've stated before: I'll take 8 and 8 from Miles night in and night out. However, 6 & 8 isn't shabby.

Currently, through 11 games, Miles Plumlee is averaging 5.5 points and 5 rebounds per game. Mason is averaging 8.3 points and 7.7 rebounds per game.

I agree Mason seems to have slowed down in recent games and I'd like to see that trend reversed as we will need both Mason and Miles to bring it every night during the ACC schedule.

thanks for the info...i totally agree.....i didn't get to see the game and am just going by what i am reading on here....i read some posts that said the plumlees played very poorly......but, they didn't mention the 6 and 8......i think mason's game will explode pretty soon......i have alot of confidence in him.......

Voted for Kyle, but have voted for Miles a few times previously and could do so again today. He has really picked up his game in the last month. It will be interesting to see how he does when we hit conference play.

Went with Nolan. Despite 4 TOs and 4 fouls, he put up a ridiculous 9-11. 9-11! That's insane. Has any Duke player shot that well since JJ against UVA in 2006?

Not too shabby Nolan, not too shabby.

Nolan did really well - showed off his whole arsenal. Glad to see him back driving to the hoop. However, due to his four fouls, I chose not to vote for him. Most of the fouls seemed petty -- got to stop that. I ended up voting for Singler, really solid all-around game. Interesting that Thornton has no votes so far -- maybe his Mom voted for Curry instead!

Nolan Smith. He was only in the game for something like 20 minutes but was TERRIBLY efficient. He would ahvew gone for a career high tonight if he hadn't been in early foul trouble in both halves.

Kyle is as solid as ever and never gets enough credit from the commentators or media, in general, on his outstanding defensive play.

I am convinced Andre will be absolutely unstoppable by the time he is a senior. He is listening to what Coach Collins was preaching in the past game press conference last week by putting the ball on the floor and initiating contact. Get to that charity stripe Dre!!!

Gotta go with Nolan. It was incredibly obvious that when he was in, we were so much better than when he wasn't.
