Something that is emerging as a huge aspect of this team's upside, and further evidence as to why last year's title happened, is that Kyle and Nolan are letting Kyrie be Kyrie without any apparent jealousy.

How often do two returning National Championship senior captains, who are pre-season All-Americans, show the kind of unselfish support for a freshman who is suddenly stealing all the headlines and emerging as the stud of the team? NEVER! This just does not happen in today's sports world. In fact, this kind of thing usually tears teams apart. I refuse to believe they are just saying the right things because they are consistent in what they say and it seems to come from the heart. Being a captain has to do with what happens on the court and what happens off of it, and Kyle and Nolan's endorsement of Kyrie's importance to the team and his leadership role on the team makes them as valuable as Kyrie, just in a different way.

It's early...but the chemistry seems right and chemistry is everything when you've got the talent that Duke has this year.
