I think it is a great idea! It might really help with recruiting in the "uncivilized" portions of the British Isles. Goodness knows it seems to be an untapped resource.

I just hope he stays standing during the half he wears the kilt, and forgoes exhorting his team on in an ol' roy -like manner:
