The only thing with less endurance than Pitino is Louisville in the 2010 NCAA Tournament.

obviously, you'd need to be keeping up with the trial to know what the heck any of you are talking about...

I'm not so sure about that. Jason took 54 seconds. Or was it 60 seconds.http://crazietalk.net/ourhouse/images/smilies/eusa/whistle.gif

Given the choice, I'd prefer to watch Jason Williams' performance....
Seriously, reading about all this, you have to wonder why Ms. Sypher's attorney didn't have her evaluated.

But Jason scored ... what? 8 times (points) in those 54 seconds? (Two 3's and a 2? Someone else scored the other 2 points. Was it Shane?)

Nate. Two free throws.
The interesting thing was that Duke scored those ten points in a lot less than 54 seconds - it was closer to 30. The last 24 or so seconds were spent on defense.

But Miracle 30 seconds doesn't sound as good as Miracle Minute ;)

How about a 20 second timeout? Pitino just needs 15 seconds out of those !!!!
Come on, let's rise above this. There are so many lurid quips available, we can resist, can't we?
Remember, this is an educator of young men, I am certain that he will used this experience as a teaching tool ;)
Further, Karen Syphor's role in all of this, from a basketball perspective, is being underplayed, she is the one that, um, "pressured" him into such a quick shot. It sounds like she spends a lot of time, um, "developing her skills" with many different workout partners.
My question to Emily Post is this: Knowing that Pitino is a high class individual with millions of bucks, I am sure that he bought her dinner and drinks that night. But, if it only took 15 seconds, would it have been proper from a strict etiquette standpoint for him just to buy her an appetizer and a glass of wine?
OK. I can't resist. But the rest of you are much better people than this.

Had he known it would last only 15 seconds, he probably could have gotten away with an appetizer and a glass of wine. But since he is apparently not clairvoyant, he probably did buy a full dinner.
Far too many NSFW comments are swirling in my brain for me to expound further.

And Pitino is now renown as the antithesis of Coach Cal - who stands for LEAVING early.
