As I recall, topics that began as posts ornews items on the Home Page were always considered germane for the "main board".
Does the below post by the owners/administrators of DBR:
Duke will be honored Thursday by the N.C. legislature, which is a mixed honor, to be frank. Nice to be thought of, but given the recent history of corruption in this state, we hope they take along their hand sanitizer, and it might not be a bad idea to leave their wallets at home, either.
mean that the "main board" is now the appropriate site for public policy discussions? Or does it simply mean that criticism of NC officials is now what constitues Duke related news on DBR?
