Wow.

We win the national championship.

Kyrie Irving gives us a glimpse of a very special talent.

Kyle Singler returns for a 4th year.

The Logo himself shows up to congratulate the Devils.

If this is all a dream, I want it to continue. :D

Still haven't forgiven the logo for trading Shane Battier 4 summers ago....turned my hometown Grizzlies from a playoff team into a perennial doormat....
then when he realized he ruined the team, he bailed....

Yeah I respect West for his playing career and his foresight in trading for Kobe Bryant while with the Lakers....
but it's hard to forgive him for destroying the Grizzlies.

Very cool. And yet, 30 miles from Raleigh, I had no idea the team was being honored by the Governor today.

Huge cosign. West made a big mistake there.
Last three seasons with Battier: 59% winning percentage
Next three seasons without him: 27% winning percentage

West on Duke: "There wasn't one player who wouldn't help you win a game on any given night." -- He had the epitome of one of those guys and never truly valued him. Logo should have practiced what he preached.

I'm just glad West wasn't the one taking the final shot at the buzzer in the championship game. The one he made against the Knicks to force overtime (1970) was from the backcourt and way harder the one Hayward missed.

You are 100% correct in this analysis (actually 200% correct if that's possible).

Shane will be a free agent soon. He has at least 4 or 5 decent years left.
I would love to see him back in Memphis, but at the very least, sign with a team capable of a playoff run. He will win a ring before it's all over.
