She's got a long line of alumni relatives on her mom's side. There was an article in Duke Magazine awhile back I think.

On the celeb alumni front we also have Jack Coleman (Heroes) and Annabeth Gish (X-Files and Brotherhood).

Yep, and this pic is one of the reasons -- though hardly the main one! -- that AJ is cool. She is a real, honest to God fan. She lives and dies with that team and when she goes to games, she gets into it to the point where she doesn't give a you-know-what how she looks. She even (GASP!) works up a sweat. Not a glisten, a sweat. You gotta love that. There are so many celebrity "fans" who are really just posers.

I think it is cool that AJ is a real fan but I do get sick of seeing her and how much media coverage she gets when she goes to the games.

On the flip side if AM was at Duke games similarly to AJ I don't know if I would get sick of the coverage or not.

I wouldn't describe Judd as a particularly talented actress. Has she been in a decent film since the mid-90's? I think she was a borderline A-list actress at her peak and appearing in "The Tooth Fairy" is the very definition of washed-up. To each his own, I guess.

FTR, Milano has even less acting talent than Judd, but I wouldn't describe either of them as talented actresses.

She is a high-water mark of the discussion in terms of celebrity and profile, but whether or not she is a deserving actress or not is hardly the point.
