I feel like an abnormal number of Duke folks have birthdays tomorrow, including a very close buddy of mine who I watch games with. (Or is it "whom?")
Anyone else celebrating a birthday on the day of PP's decision and hoping for a good birthday present?

Me, but you already knew that from my PP post.
We went to Outback for dinner tonight for an early celebration, and our waitress also is a May 16th person. I told her that made me, her and the late Billy Martin. :D

38 I will be.
On a related note, a question for the masses: How large a group of people do you need to have for there to be a greater than 50% chance that any two will share the same birthday (month and day only)?

I don't remember the exact number, but I think 50% is somewhere in the 20's... perhaps 27? (Or is that the 90% number and 50% is in the teens?)

I know very very little about math, but it seems to me that the math articles are some of the highest-quality Wiki articles. They're extensively referenced, and they usually include a section explaining the theory to the lay person.

Don't have a birthday tomorrow, but...... it's "with whom I watch games." Happy Birthday!

Your target date missed my mom's by one day and sister in law by 4. Oh well.

Twins I assume? Hard to believe you had 2 on the same date in different years!
