We need Michigan State to take Purdue down to make our path to a #1 seed a little easier.

They're up 22 - 19 with 4:37 left in the first half as I type.

Well, it hasn't been pretty, but I definitely think that both of these team belong on the right side of the bubble.

Seriously, this has been an atrocious basketball game to watch. One team has 22 turnovers, and the other is shooting 32% from the field.

We'll be #4 if we win. We're not overtaking either UK or Kansas considering that they only have two losses. But that is basically irrelevant (as noted by Boeheim last night). All that matters is that we take care of business the next two weeks and hopefully get a #1 seed. Then, all that will matter is doing as well as we can in the NCAA tournament. This win by MSU is helpful in that it gets us one step closer to a #1 seed in the tournament.

ETA: Clemson-FSU aspires to the quality of MSU-Purdue.

You have to feel for that team. After playing so well, they are at a loss to score now. Michigan State was terrible with the ball but Purdue still had no answer. Neither of these teams are playing well right now, but at least Purdue has an excuse.

We have to come out in every game and play with determination and play a smart game. Hope to see a determined Duke team tonight.
