I wish all the UNC players the best of luck as students and later in life; however, as a basketball team I hope this downward spiral continues and the confidence lost from this season continues into the next...........give 'em hell state

Would be perfect karma...for Kerline to be put firmly in the cellar by the team their fans love to scorn. Hope State leaves tractor tread marks all over those 'Holes...

He did??? Did not see that coming...his college career was mediocre at best. He does have rings tho.

NC gets the win, mostly because State was completely incompetent on both sides of the ball aside from a few nice assists from Gonzalez.

The Heels should beat Miami at home and MIGHT win at BC...other than those games, I don't see them having a shot in any of their other games this year. Even with the win, they played quite poorly today.

2009 NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player

Somewhat of a low bar for a Jersey retirement- two good weekends should not a retirement make- but the kid had a decent career and tourney for sure.

Yeah, the UNC jersey "retirement" ceremony is a common misconception. UNC actually has fewer retired jerseys than we have. They just honor lots and lots of jerseys. The bar for jersey honoring is much much lower than the bar for jersey retirement.

So low that Dancin' Danny Green had his jersey honored?

Or did he limbo below that relly low threshhold?

Here's a question that could be debated for a while, which player that had his jersey "honored" at unc was least deserving?

Who decides on the "honor"? The Helms committee?

Now that I think of it, who cares? Like ol' roy, I don't give a sh!t about carolina!

Ok- that makes more sense. He deserves that, I suppose.
