I guess one of my New Year's Resolutions will have to be to post these reports sooner. But, I guess I'll squeak this one in under the wire. Key points: Another day, another plus/minus success for Brian Zoubek. It's happened too often over the past two seasons for it to be a coincidence. The pairing of Mason Plumlee and Zoubek, in particular, worked well. Meanwhile, the plus/minus numbers were not impressive for Dawkins, Kelly and Miles Plumlee, which matches the reactions some people had to their play. Hopefully they'll bring it today against Penn.

Anyway, on to the numbers ...

Brian Zoubek 57-32 (+25)
Jon Scheyer 84-62 (+22)
Kyle Singler 69-47 (+22)
Nolan Smith 75-55 (+20)

Isn't it odd that the starting lineup posted a -2, while the lineups that included at least one from the bench were a combined +23.

Thanks for doing these plus/minus reports, Jumbo. I always enjoy looking through them.

I also don't think the fact that Z's plus/minus is nearly always outstanding to be coincidence. His contribution may not be evident to the casual fan, but few can deny he's getting it done so far this year.
