Interesting stuff. Expectations are a tough thing to manage... I am always amused by people who say things like "If this freshman can just average 8 points and 8 rebounds I'll be happy," when they clearly don't recognize those are really good numbers! I think, as Winn notes, that the "freaks" of the classes always throw expectations off, as guys like Durant and Rose lead their teams to absurd, nationally-recognizable heights.
