Good results from the Q Schools for our pro golfers!

Amanda was the leading scorer at the LPGA Q school, and Liz Janangelo tied for 16th -- both well within the top 20 in getting tour cards.

On the PGA, Joe Ogilvie, a long time tour member who just missed qualifying on the $ list, tied for 15th, well within the 25 who get full tour cards.

Glad you posted this. Congrats to our fabulous Duke golfers, including Nathan Smith, who had a good first four days but faded a bit yesterday and today. And also I must give a big shout out to Neal Lancaster, who at the age of 47 and a 2-year absence from full tour privileges, finished -17, fifth overall, and got his card back! Neal has been putting shoulder surgery off for more than a year, so his performance this week is more than amazing! He played the last three rounds bogey free and -12, was bogey free in the second round as well, and made only three bogeys (and one triple bogey) all week. By far the best he's played anywhere other than the Country Club of Johnston County http://www.ccjohnstoncounty.com/ in a long, long time!
