Ack. I had been worried about Johnny Williams, he looked to be in a lot of pain at the GT game. Didn't realize Boyette had been injured too... and after his best game of the season. Renfree, and especially Lederman being out for the season hurts.

At least Austin Kelly's OK. He was carried out on the cart against GT and I was a tad concerned.

Ugh, no V.O. no Johnny ;-/

On the bright side, Rey, Kromah were both upgraded and the Killer Vs are off the injury report.

Unfortunately, this valiant team has been out-muscled and beat up physically the last two games vs UNC and Ga. Tech. Don't seem to have quite the depth, size, and strength necessary to finish the season strong. In particular, we need re-inforcements and strengthening at LB, RB, and OL positions.

I know the team will fight hard and Coach Cut and staff will continue to upgrade our recruiting.

Go, Duke!

DT Vince Oghobaase (leg) -- OUT
On Monday, Vince told CTG that he had to play this week - "it's our season." I guess the doctors overruled the player. I'm more sorry for Vince than I am for us fans.

Go Duke! Beat the Hurricanes!

What's the line? Is ths one on TV?

Sorry if I missed it, but I assume Miami is favored by a TD, or a little more, right? Are we on a network for this noon start Sat.?

Very sorry to see VO out.

I just feel like, with a lot to play for this week, these guys - who've shown their mettle - might just surprise. Obviously, as we saw last week, Mia is vulnerable...

Bring em on!!

What's the line?

Miami opened as a 20 point favorite. The line is sitting between 18.5 and 19.5 right now:

It's seemingly very realistic that we finish with 5 wins (4 eligible wins), unless the health situation improves. Losing Oghobaase makes me even more pessimistic about today's chances, which I already thought were slim. Hopefully he can be healthy enough to play in his last home game at Duke, and maybe help us finish the season on a high note.
