Whew...there was too many skeletons in that closet, and now it looks like the lights may be turned on. I was happy we didn't get him before, now I'm even more relieved. Have fun Cal.

Yet another thing to add to coach Calipari's already incredible legacy at Kentucky.

Or Ryan Kelly, for that matter.

if Worldwide Wes can make this disappear.

Why does this pertain to Wall and not the other players on that team? I am glad it is not our problem, but it could be. Just hoping someone has some understanding of how this works.

This just doesn't seem like that big of a deal. It sounds like the worst that could happen is that he misses 10% of their games, or 3 games. So maybe UK loses to Gardner-Webb again, but they'll roll through the conference with Wall.

If Wall has to pay back money and he doesn't have it, I'm sure it would be easy enough to get a loan based on his future NBA earnings.

I am sort of glad that he's not in uniform for us right now though.

Ya think? Calimari is too smart to pay out of his pocket and someone will have to pay.

Clifton had a "guardianship" of Wall. I believe he (or his brother) was paying for things for Wall that the rest of the team did not receive.

Wall is well worth this minor headache, but things have not gone well for UK in the last week or two. It will be interesting to hear how the team comes together as the practices progress into the team aspects of offense and defense.

Ryan Kelly can have Bill Cowher pay the slimeball AAU Coach back if he owes him money http://www.dukebasketballreport.com/forums/images/icons/icon10.gif

Ease up on the slimeball rhetoric.

The facts don't seem to support you.

The Cliftons were apparently against Wall going to Worldwid Wes University, and were pushing for Duke.

Clifton is still running the local AAU club and appears to be doing everything the right way, and coaches some kids that are worth Duke taking a good look at.
