Clemson at Maryland, ESPNU, 12 noon

Virginia Tech at Duke, ESPN360.com, 12 noon

NC State at Wake Forest, ESPNU, 3:30 pm

Georgia Tech at Mississippi State, CSS, 7:30 pm

Maybe sausage and ham biscuits, some scones and some sort of potato casserole.... I'm just beginning to work on that menu! Early starts make me think of mimosas..... something I learned to appreciate over the years in New Orleans.

Wow, I didn't think I had been off this board that long! Whats up with all these conference games in October? Isn't this something new/strange? Please tell me what I have missed.

Ummm.....October and November are when the bulk of most conference games are played, in football. You know we're talking about football, right?

Your club needs more Duke fans...then they can readjust the T-times accordingly...

Well, there are a few but not many. And if we had a late afternoon start time, it would be no problem - we could have teed off as early as we wanted, say around 8, and been finished well before noon. Teeing off late afternoon would also have been an option if it didn't get dark around 7. I'd have to leave at halftime and that just isn't going to happen...
