Nice article about John Wooden. He's almost 99 years old! Seems just like a little while ago he was winning all those national championships; hard to believe the last one was almost 35 years ago. Despite whatever you want to say about K or anyone else, Wooden is still the greatest coach of all time. The world will indeed be a lesser place for his passing. A true (and great) gentleman in every way.

With profound respect for Coach K, the foregoing statement is absolutely true. Coach Wooden was instrumental in establishing the college game, and he did so with intelligence, civility and class. He is a hero.
