Morgantown currently has very close to the lowest unemployment in the US.

Interesting list. There were a couple of places on the list where my first thought was, "Yeah, but then you'd have to live in City X." Exhibit A: Jonesboro, AR (19). Fayetteville, AR (main U of A campus) wasn't there, and I'd much rather live there. Charlottesville always seemed like a cool place, too.
