I always wondered if the pitcher would be allowed to switch hands between pitches or even batters - turns out you can for both, and they had to create a rule to stop the former case because of this guy

Perhaps a poor choice of words?

His name is Pat Venditte, he's 23, and he's pro baseball's only ambidextrous pitcher.

Last season, he had 23 saves for the Staten Island Yankees, with a 0.83 ERA. And best of all, the kid can relieve himself!

Maybe that's why he's amphibious? :eek:
