I'm thrilled to find out I actually did something at Duke to improve myself. Not only that, I packed the equivalent of the alcohol consumption needed for the rest of my life into four years! Glad I got that out of the way.

I wonder if you drank a glass of red wine at each meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) if you would enhance the longevity effect.
