For those who know how NCAA rules work.... If UConn were to win the tourney could the NCAA potentially swoop in later and mandate that they forfeit their wins? (Like the FSU football issue this season.) Didn't know if that could happen to post-season play.
Perhaps that would be the easiest outcome for Duke fans - nobody wins the tourney.
Just curious. Not sure if it could really happen.

There is already a thread on UConn's recruiting violations. Is there some reason you posted this separately?

Not really. None of the affected players played this year.

If more players have been corrupted, then it could be stripped.

I figure the NCAA will step in soon to ensure this doesn't happen.

ie, come next Sat the Huskies will be in a 8 on 5 scenario. Get Thabeet in foul trouble early, and keep him there, and the huskies get very beatable.
