Since Elliot Williams' start against St. Johns and Jon Scheyer's move to the point, Duke has gone 5-0 with significant improvement in the scoring averages of both players:

Jon Scheyer 18.6 ppg last 5 games (13.1 ppg first 25 games)
Elliot Williams 11.6 ppg last 5 games (2.5 ppg)

Even Gerald Henderson has seen an improvement in his scoring:

Gerald Henderson 23 ppg last 5 games (15.4 ppg first 25 games*)

*Henderson was averaging 19.5 ppg during the 11 game stretch preceding the St. John's game (beginning with 25 point game at FSU)

Fortunately, this hasn't come at the expense of Kyle Singler or Greg Paulus' scoring averages (at least not significantly):

Kyle Singler 16 ppg last 5 games (16.4 ppg first 25 games)
Greg Paulus 4.2 ppg last 5 games (6 ppg)

Actually G has been on a tear since early December. He has scored above his season average in every game since the Dec. 2 game (Purdue), after which he was averaging 10+ per game.
But nice to see the complete scoring break-down since the line-up change.
