That's pretty cool but is patently absurd if Deion never got a 100. I've seen Hester play and he is stunningly fast. But he is not faster than Deion.

Anyone know what Mike Vick's speed rating is?

In Madden 2004 he was speed rated at a 98. I remember at the time there were debates as to the greatest video game player of all time, and it generally came down to Madden 04 Vick and Tecmo Bowl Bo Jackson.

Um, that would be Tecmo Super Bowl, and no one comes close. Bo could break through even when you called the correct defense.
